Account information: name, email, and authentication details required to sign in.

Project and document data: project details, BOQs, estimates, invoices, line items, and related metadata you create on the Service.

Company profile: company name, address, contact details, and logo you choose to add for branded exports.

Billing references: subscription status and identifiers from our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers — they are handled directly by the payment provider.

Usage analytics: events such as account creation, project creation, template selection, document export, and upgrade actions, used to improve the Service.

Support requests: messages you send through the contact form or by email.

We use your information to operate the Service, sign you in, save and export your documents, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and improve features over time.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your project content for advertising.

We send transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, billing confirmations, and important account notices. These messages are part of operating the Service. Where we send optional product updates, you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in those emails.

We use first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used — for example, which templates are most useful, where users get stuck, and how often exports succeed. Analytics events are tied to your account so we can support your usage and resolve issues. We do not use this data to track you across unrelated websites.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service, including hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate terms.

You can update your account and company details from the Settings page. You can edit or delete projects and documents at any time. To request export or deletion of your account data beyond the in-app controls, contact contact@buildam.io.

We retain account, project, and document data while your account is active. After account closure, we may retain limited data for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Authentication is required for every request that touches your data. Database access rules are configured so that each user can access only their own projects and documents. We continue to improve security practices as the Service grows.

The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. Please do not use the Service if you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
